Please note, your 15 minutes booking slot, is your tee off time, and not the duration of your reservation. We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before your allocated slot, so you are able to grab drinks from the bar. We endeavour to ensure your tee off time will be within 15 mins of your reservation time, and this will be allocated on arrival.

Bookings are non refundable, however if you can’t make your booking for whatever reason, you can reschedule. We will need a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your booked time slot. You are permitted to reschedule your booking for a period of 3 months from the date of your original booked slot.
In rare circumstances, as a result of events outside of our control, we may have to suspend our services or cancel your booking. We will endeavour to provide you as much notice as possible and reschedule your booking at another available time slot agreed with you.

If you can no longer attend your booking and you would like to reschedule to a future date. Groups of 6 and under can reschedule via the ‘amend booking’ button in your confirmation email. Groups of over 7, you will need to request any time/date changes at least 48 hours before the time of your booking by replying to your confirmation. We endeavour to offer date/time changes where possible. Please note, all payments are non-refundable, we are unable to offer refunds for group size reductions, package changes or cancellations.

If people are to drop out of your party, you are required to provide us with 48 hours notice of your booking then we can provide you with a reschedule for their places within 3 months.
To book online for under 16 guests, you are required to pay in full at the time of booking. However if your group size is over 16 guests, we can take a 20% deposit to secure the booking, the remainder will be due 2 weeks (4 weeks at Christmas) before the visit date.
If you need to cancel your booking, please use the link in your confirmation email to do this. If your booking is within the next 48 hours, you will no longer be able to use this link. Please reach out to us to cancel. We explained in our cancellation policy, at the time of booking that we do not offer refunds, however as a gesture of goodwill we can reschedule this space for any time over the next 3 months in any of our locations. Please let us know what option you would prefer when getting in contact.
Our experiences are only available to pre-book via our website. These cannot be purchased on a walk-in basis.

We have an experience exclusively for students which costs £6.50pp and includes discounted golf admission. This is available Sun-Thurs and online only (only Sun-Weds over our Xmas period). Please use our website to book this experience. There are a limited amount of tickets so if these are not showing then unfortunately, the slots have all been taken.

If you are booking separate experiences, then separate bookings must be made and then comments must be added to state that you would like to play together. The site will then do their very best to accommodate this request. Please note that this is subject to availability as we operate a live booking system and cannot guarantee availability.
We are able to offer blue light card holders 20% off their drinks bill when in Golf Fang. This is available between Sun – Thurs.

There is a large pay and display car park on Grafton Street with some free on street parking too, limited space. There is a John Lewis Q Park around a 10 minute walk from our venue.

There is a private car park outside our venue in Hoult’s Yard which is pay and display.

Here at Golf Fang, we strive for inclusivity for all of our guests, and customer safety is always our utmost priority.
If a guest has a disability that prevents them from playing golf without assistance then their carer/chaperone will be entitled to play free of charge to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the guest.
Due to the nature of our venue’s activities, an indoor crazy golf course, Golf Fang is not entirely wheelchair accessible based on health and safety recommendations. However, we have made our on-site bar and restaurant areas fully accessible spaces and all are welcome to enjoy the great music, food and cocktails without booking a game of crazy golf.
The decision whether to play is entirely the guests and we don’t accept any responsibility for any damage, injury or loss as a result. Please see our full terms and conditions for more details.

A staff member will greet you at the Tredegar Street entrance and guide you to our alternative entrance where there is a lift to the first floor.

We ask that our guests clothing is presentable and adheres to a smart/casual dress code. Absolutely NO to clothing with offensive slogans, messaging, imagery or anything that incites violence. We kindly ask the dress code is observed and adhered to in order to avoid the possibility of being refused entry. We also recommend that you wear suitable footwear, given the uneven surfaces and low lighting in our venue.
We are a cocktail bar with a golf course; therefore, we are always strictly over 18s.
Either a valid passport, driving licence or PASS card that is in date. Actual documents are required, not copies or images.
On bank holidays (except for Christmas day) we operate Sunday hours i.e. 12pm to 12am. On Christmas Eve our last booking is at 6pm.
We don’t have lockers on site; however we have a manned cloakroom which is also CCTV monitored. It costs £1 per item to leave your belongings in the cloakroom for the duration of your visit.
