Bookings are non refundable, however if you can’t make your booking for whatever reason, you can reschedule or request an evoucher. We will need a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your booked time slot. You are permitted to reschedule your booking for a period of 12 months from the date of your original booked slot.
In rare circumstances, as a result of events outside of our control, we may have to suspend our services or cancel your booking. We will endeavour to provide you as much notice as possible and reschedule your booking at another available time slot agreed with you.
a. If you can’t make your booking for whatever reason, you can amend your booking using the link provided in your booking confirmation email. In order to reschedule your booking, we will need a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your booked time slot.
b. Providing you amend your booking more than 48hrs to your booked time slot, you can make changes to your booking for a period of 12 months from the date of your original booking.
c. Our experiences and prices are subject to change, so when rescheduling your booking we cannot guarantee that the same package or price will be available as the package you originally booked, however you will be able to select a new package and pay the difference. If you choose to select a package of a lower value then no refund is available.
d. If you have made your reservation less than 48hrs before the time of the booking, and decide not to attend, you won’t be able to amend your booking and we can’t guarantee a reschedule.
We don’t have lockers on site; however we have a manned cloakroom which is also CCTV monitored. It costs £1 per item to leave your belongings in the cloakroom for the duration of your visit.
Walk-in pricing is £13.50 (Mon-Thurs) or £14 (Fri-Sun) per person, pre-booked online £12.50 per person. You can get access to drink and food experiences deals by booking in advance on the website, giving you a saving on your visit.
Wheelchair users are able to access the venue to eat and drink, however the nature of the crazy golf course means that it’s not suitable for wheelchairs.
On bank holidays (except for Christmas day) we operate Sunday hours ie 12pm to 12am. On Christmas Eve our last booking is at 6pm.
Whilst there is no time limit, we estimate that the average time for completion of the course is generally at least 60 minutes depending on the size of the group and how busy the venue is. We also recommend that all guests arrive 30 minutes prior to their booked time to check in.
Either a valid passport, driving licence or PASS card that is in date. Actual documents are required, not copies or images.
We are a cocktail bar with a golf course; therefore, we are always strictly over 18s.
We ask that our guests clothing is presentable and adheres to a smart/casual dress code. Absolutely NO to clothing with offensive slogans, messaging, imagery or anything that incites violence. We kindly ask the dress code is observed and adhered to in order to avoid the possibility of being refused entry. We also recommend that you wear suitable footwear, given the uneven surfaces and low lighting in our venue.
We advise that you book, particularly at busy times to ensure you secure a slot and avoid long waiting times.
Walk-ins are subject to availability on the day, we can’t guarantee there will be space and we can’t pre-book these. We would advise pre-booking.

Vouchers are available in various denominations from our online bookings system and can be redeemed against a game of golf, drinks and merchandise in our venues and they are sent to you via the post or online as e-vouchers.
Yes. You must notify reception on arrival that you have a voucher that you want to redeem and it will be added as credit to your food and drinks bill.
